FIREARM HISTORY AND FEATURES:

The Rossi Model 68 was introduced in 1978 and is a compact (barrel just under 3″), 5 shot revolver chambered in .38 special.
It is a close copy of the popular Smith & Wesson Model 36 and was produced by Rossi under license using Smith & Wesson tooling and machinery in Brazil.

Rossi revolvers are generally considered very economical firearms that are still good quality and well made.

FIREARM CONDITION:

This gun is in good to very good, used condition. It is mechanically sound and functional.
There overall finish is still very good with only some very light wear around the muzzle, and one very small wear mark on the trigger guard.
The original polished, wooden grips are still excellent with no marks or scratches.
The cylinder lockup is still very tight.

FIREARM SUITABILITY:

This firearm is suitable for home self defense, and concealed carry or back-up gun use.

This firearm is suitable for use in the following sports:

• ICORE – Classic division
