FIREARM HISTORY AND FEATURES:

The Rossi Model 68 was introduced in 1978 and is a compact (barrel just under 3″), 5 shot revolver chambered in .38 special.
It is a close copy of the popular Smith & Wesson Model 36 and was produced by Rossi under license using Smith & Wesson tooling and machinery in Brazil.

Rossi revolvers are generally considered very economical firearms that are still good quality and well made.

FIREARM CONDITION:

This gun is in very good to excellent, used condition. It is mechanically sound and functional.
The overall finish is still very good with only some very light wear around the muzzle, the edges of the trigger guard, the front edge of the frame and the front edges of the cylinder. There is also a very light drag line around the cylinder.
The original rubber grips still are very good with no marks or scratches, but are just a little dirty.
The cylinder lockup is still excellent.
It includes an HKS speed-loader.

This firearm is suitable for home self defense, and concealed carry or back-up gun use.
